The cloud polling tools bill by presenter. One seat runs about $240 to $480 a year, which is what our entire licence costs.
Priced per presenter
One seat, one bill.
Your chair needs a seat. So does the returning officer, and whoever runs the breakout. Five people running sessions means five subscriptions, and next year you count them again.
Priced per organisation
One licence, everybody on it.
Put as many people in front of the room as you like. Run one event or forty. The number on your invoice is the same either way, and it's your server doing the work, so nobody is counting your attendees but you.

Does it really work with no internet?
Yes, that's the whole point. Conclave runs on one machine on your local network. Phones connect over the venue Wi-Fi (or a hotspot the launcher sets up for you), and nothing ever leaves the room.
What hardware do I need?
A laptop is plenty. Double-click the launcher and the whole stack (API, database and the attendee app) comes up on one host. Prefer a server? There's a Docker Compose file too.
How many people can it handle?
1,000 at once, verified. We ran 1,000 simulated attendees for seven minutes on one laptop, each holding a live connection, and not one of the 15,774 requests failed while 718,038 live messages went out. Past that it wants a bigger host rather than more servers. The technical page has the charts and the test setup.
Is the first event really free?
Yes, for events up to 100 attendees. You get the whole platform rather than a crippled trial, and we'll help you get it running. No card up front. If it turns out not to suit you, no hard feelings. Ask for it through the enquiry form.
How do I actually buy one?
Through the enquiry form. We reply with a quote and a tax invoice, and once that's settled your licence key and the installer arrive by email. There is no online checkout, so we never hold your card details.
Do the prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars and includes GST, and you get a tax invoice for your records. No per-attendee charges get added later.
Can votes be audited?
Every ballot is append-only and every tally round, including each elimination and transfer, exports as JSON or CSV. Tie-breaks are deterministic, so an independent auditor can replay the whole count and get byte-identical results.
What does the yearly licence include?
The software, all updates released during your year, and the support level of your tier. If you don't renew, what you have keeps working. Nothing phones home to check a licence server, because that would rather defeat the point.
What does "custom UI design" mean?
On the Organisation tier we restyle the attendee and organiser apps around your identity, using your colours, logo and wording, then ship it as part of your build, so the platform feels like your own.
